You can submit an exchange request within 10 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with an exchange invoice.
Paying the exchange invoice holds stock of the new item or size you would like. Please note that we are unable to hold inventory for exchanges while waiting for the returned items to arrive back to us. Paying the invoice will also create a new order to be shipped to you quickly.
There is a standard shipping fee of $6.99 on the exchange invoice. The $7 shipping/re-stocking fee is not deducted for exchanges, only for returns.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and the exchange invoice is paid, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s). If the exchange invoice is not paid and new items are no longer in stock, a store credit valid for 90 days will be sent in the amount of the returned item(s).
