All orders go through a 1-3 business day processing time. During holidays and sales where order volume is high, order processing can take up to 5 business days. (Please note that business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.) This means that your order will ship within 1-5 business days after being placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking, either through USPS or FedEx depending on the speed of shipping chosen at checkout.

If so, your order will take a bit longer to ship while we make sure we have the perfect monogram for your goodies! There are two monogramming timeframes you can choose:

Please note that Standard 2-Week and Rush 1-Week do not include processing and shipping times.
For orders with both monogrammed and non-monogrammed items, your whole order will ship together once it has finished at monogramming. Non-monogrammed items do not ship separately from monogrammed items.
