All orders go through a 1-3 business day processing time. During holidays and sales where order volume is high, order processing can take up to 10 business days. (Please note that business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.) This means that your order will ship within 1-5 business days after being placed.

Did you choose monogramming for your order?
If so, your order will take a bit longer to ship while our team adds the perfect monogram to you order! There are two monogramming timeframes you can choose:
- Standard 2-Weeks
- Rush 1-Week
Please note that Standard 2-Week and Rush 1-Week do not include processing and shipping times.
For orders with both monogrammed and non-monogrammed items, your whole order will ship together once it has finished at monogramming. Non-monogrammed items do not ship separately from monogrammed items.
