General Sale Rules:
1. Codes cannot be stacked or combined with other offers or rewards.
2. All monogrammed orders will take an additional 2 weeks on top of processing time and shipping time, unless Rush monogram (+$10) is selected. Please note that orders containing monogrammed items will ship when the entire order is complete.
3. Due to high volume of orders during sales, processing times will be 1-4 business days.
4. Once orders are placed, they cannot be edited in any way or canceled. Please review your cart prior to checkout.
5. Response times from our Customer Service team could be longer during busy sales. All emails will be answered in the order in which they are received. We are so sorry, we do not offer customer support via phone, but you are welcome to use the Live Chat when available!
6. If inventory is found to be incorrect when your order is pulled, your original form of payment will be refunded for the out of stock item(s).
7. Please pay close attention to sale dates. Price adjustments will not be made for orders placed before or after the sale date.
