Your refund for a paid exchange invoice will be issued once we receive your returned item(s) to our warehouse and if your exchange invoice has been paid. Exchanges are usually processed within 1-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used and can take up to three business days to process.
Refunds are only issued for exchanges when an exchange invoice has been paid.
