Your store credit will be sent to your Classic Whimsy account associated with the email address used for your order. We cannot change the email address. Your store credit will be sent once your return has been processed, usually within 1-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse.
A $7 return shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit upon receipt in our warehouse. Store credit is valid for 90 days.
To view and redeem your store credit balance valid for 90 days, please sign in to your Classic Whimsy account, click Profile and your store credit balance will show in the Payment methods section.
When you would like to place a new order, be sure to log in to your account and select the Apply store credit box at checkout to redeem your store credit.
Can't find your store credit?
Here are some helpful tips.
You must be signed in to your Classic Whimsy account. Please note that shopping through the Shop app or using ShopPay will not show your store credit balance nor allow it to be applied.
To sign in to or create your account from our website, you can click the pink butterfly bubble.
When you would like to place a new order, be sure to log in to your account and select the Apply store credit box at checkout to redeem your store credit.
When you are logged in to your account and are at your shopping cart, click Checkout. Under the Payment section, click Apply Store Credit.
This will apply your store credit to your order. 😉️
