We accept returns for store credit only valid for 90 days. Requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery via our Returns Portal and once approved, must be placed in the mail within 5 days. Late returns will not be accepted. Items must be unwashed, unworn and new with tags attached. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Seasonal return deadlines apply.

Exclusions - Hair accessories, socks, tights, bloomers, face masks, sunglasses, goggles, gift cards and all personalized/monogrammed items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, Final Sale items and seasonal items outside of the return window below are not eligible for return.
Pre-Order Returns - Pre-order products may be returned within 10 days of receipt as long as they meet all other return eligibility requirements.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Use of this label is required to return your order. A return shipping/restocking fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your store credit upon receipt in our warehouse. Please retain tracking information for all shipments.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a new size or color through our Returns Portal. Once approved, a return shipping label will be sent along with an exchange invoice. Paying the exchange invoice holds stock of the new item or size you would like. Please note that we are unable to hold inventory for exchanges while waiting for the returned item(s) to arrive back to us.
Your exchange is not guaranteed until the exchange invoice is paid.
Paying the invoice will create a new order to be shipped to you quickly. Once we receive your returned item(s) and the exchange invoice is paid, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).
If the exchange invoice is not paid and new items are no longer in stock, a store credit valid for 90 days will be sent in the amount of the returned item(s).

Holiday and seasonal items may not be returned after the following dates.
January 31 - Valentine items
March 24 - Easter items
June 21 - Patriotic/4th of July items
August 1 - Swimwear
September 1 - Back to School & Spring/Summer Sale items
October 15 - Pumpkin Patch & Halloween items
November 1 - Thanksgiving items
December 15 - Christmas items
Damages
Damages and incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 days of delivery or will not be eligible for return to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued for any damaged return requests initiated between 4-10 days after delivery. No returns of any kind will be accepted 11+ days after delivery.
We are not responsible for items damaged during the washing/drying process.
