Order Processing
Our standard processing time for orders without personalized items is 1-3 business days.
For personalized and monogram orders, the processing time is 1-3 business days plus the 2-week standard monogram time or 1-week rush monogram time, if selected during checkout.

Shipping Information
Standard and Expedited shipping are provided through USPS, which typically take 3-7 business days. Should you need your order earlier for any reason, please select Express shipping at checkout.
Express shipping is provided through FedEx. Express orders placed by 12pm CST, Monday-Friday, will ship the same day. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Please note that FedEx is not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not offer shipping through UPS, only USPS and FedEx.

- Standard shipping (3-8 business days*): $6.99 ($7.99 Holiday Rate)
- Expedited shipping (2-5 business days*): $12.99
- Express shipping (1-3 business days*): $17.99
*Shipping times quoted at checkout are approximate and may vary by a day or two depending on location and postal volume.
We are not responsible for delays that your package may experience once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Once orders have been fulfilled and shipped by Classic Whimsy, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to get your items to you on time. If your package is not tracking or is missing, we are happy to assist you in locating the package, but we suggest contacting your local post office or reaching out to the shipping carrier as the first point of contact. Once an order is in the hands of USPS or FedEx, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.
