Our standard processing time for orders without personalized items is 1-3 business days. For personalized and monogram orders, the processing time is 1-3 business days plus the 2-week standard monogram time or 1-week rush monogram time, if selected during checkout.

Shipping Information
Standard and Expedited service typically ship via USPS, which typically take 3-8 business days. Should you need your order earlier, please select Express shipping at checkout.
We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via Standard delivery.

Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Shipments
Once orders are fulfilled and shipped by Classic Whimsy, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to get your items to you on time. If your package is not tracking or is missing, we are happy to assist you in locating the package, but we suggest contacting your local post office or reaching out to the shipping carrier as the first point of contact. Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.
